El Muelle es un estudio de Arquitectura con sede en la plaza de la Marina, Málaga. Formado por un equipo multidisciplinar de profesionales que realizan proyectos que abordan las diferentes escalas de la Arquitectura, el Planeamiento y el Diseño, dirigido por Francisco Fernández Ballesteros y Arturo López Payer.
Han recibido diversos premios y menciones como el Premio Málaga 2013 del colegio de arquitectos mejor vivienda colectiva, Premio Málaga 2009 del colegio de arquitectos mejor equipamiento privado y Premio Málaga 2009 del colegio de arquitectos mejor vivienda unifamiliar.

El Muelle is an architecture studio based in Plaza de la Marina, Málaga. Consisting of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who develop projects related to the different scales of Architecture, Planning and Design, leaded by Francisco Fernández Ballesteros and Arturo López Payer.
They have received various prizes and awards such as the Málaga Prize of the Board of Architects for the Best Collective Housing project of 2013, the Málaga Prize of the Board of Architects for the Best Private Equipment Building of 2009 and the Málaga Prize of the Board of Architects for the best single family home of 2009.

Arquitecto por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Granada. Estudios de Postgrado en Urbanística y Ordenación del Territorio y doctorando en la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Málaga.
Desde 2006 ejerce la profesión liberal como arquitecto desarrollando proyectos de edificación y planeamiento urbanístico. Premio Málaga 2013 del Colegio de Arquitectos a mejor vivienda colectiva.

Architect, graduated from the Technical School of Architecture of Granada. Postgraduate Studies in Urban Planning and Territorial Planning and PhD at the Technical School of Architecture of Malaga.
Since 2006 he has been practicing the liberal profession of architect, developing architecture and urban planning projects. Awarded in 2013 with the Málaga Architecture Award for the best collective housing project.

Arquitecto por la escuela Técnica Superior de Sevilla con las especialidades de Urbanismo y Edificación. Segundo premio Dragados y Construcciones mejor Proyecto Fin de Carrera en 1998, año desde el que ejerce la profesión liberal como arquitecto en la ciudad de Málaga desarrollando proyectos residenciales y planeamiento urbanístico.
Profesor en EADE, Universidad de Gales en Málaga, durante los años 2006 a 2011 impartiendo docencia en materias de Urbanística, Teoría de la Arquitectura y Proyectos Arquitectónicos.
Premios Málaga del Colegio de Arquitectos a la mejor vivienda unifamiliar y mejor equipamiento privado del 2009. Premiados en concurso para viviendas de protección oficial del IMV de Málaga en 2008 y Tercer premio Europan 8 en Praga 2005.

Architect. Graduated from the Higher Technical School of Seville with specializations in Urban Planning and Building, receiving the Second prize Dragados y Construcciones for the Best Diploma Project of 1998 – year from which he started to pursue the liberal profession of architect in the city of Málaga, working on residential and urban planning projects.
Professor at EADE (University of Wales in Malaga) between 2006 and 2011, teaching subjects such as Urban Planning, Theory of Architecture and Architectural Projects.
Has received the Málaga Prize from the Board of Architects for the best single-family residence and the best private equipment building of 2009. Awarded in the social housing competition of the IMV of Malaga in 2008 and won Third Prize at the Europan 8 competition in Prague in 2005.
