Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella
El proyecto de reforma tiene como objeto adaptar el local existente de forma que albergue un CENTRO DE OCIO Y DIVERSION INFANTIL Y LUDOTECA en el propio Hotel Marbella Club.
En todo momento se ha tenido en cuenta la ubicación de la edificación, y su relación con el entorno. Desde lo material, se concibe con una calidad óptima de acabados, tanto interior como exteriormente, manteniendo la tipología vernácula y exclusiva de la Instalación Hotelera donde se ubica, no alterando la fachada ni elementos que afectan a la configuración arquitectónica del edificio.
Las tecnologías utilizadas para resolver la edificación son convencionales en todos los aspectos, las puntuales intervenciones de redistribución de tabiquería se realizan con tabiquería de Pladur cartón yeso. Como hemos dicho anteriormente no se altera la configuración arquitectónica del inmueble, rediseñándose los acabados interiores verticales y horizontales, así como reparando la carpintería de madera de forma puntual y reponiendo algunas en aluminio y madera.
The purpose of the renovation project is to adapt the existing premises in order to create a LEISURE AND PLAY CENTER within the Marbella Club Hotel.
The position of the building and its relationship with the environment have been taken into account at all times. From the physical point of view, the renovation is conceived with materiales of optimal quality, both internally and externally, maintaining the vernacular and exclusive typology of the Hotel facility where it is located, affecting neither the façade nor the elements that define the architectural configuration of the building.
The technologies used in the building process are traditional in all their aspects. The few interventions regarding the redistribution of the space consist of plasterboard partition walls. As we said before, the architectural configuration of the building is not affected while the vertical and horizontal interior finishes are redesigned, a few repairs of the existing wood carpentry are made, and some carpentry is replaced with new aluminum and wood models.
