Villa Pereza data de los años 80 y está situada en el Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella . La parcela goza de unas vistas excepcionales al Mediterráneo. La edificación se distribuye en dos volumenes: vivienda principal y vivienda para los trabajadores.
La actuación se realiza en la vivienda principal, donde se establecen dependencias con relaciones mas fluidas y se enfatiza el paisaje incorporándolo en el interior de la casa a través de carpinterías de grandes dimensiones y prolongaciones de la cota interior en el exterior. También se mejoran los sistemas constructivos, dotando de mayor inercia térmica, acústica e impermeabilización a la vivienda.
Villa Pereza dates back to the 1980s and is located in the Puente Romano Hotel in Marbella. The plot has exceptional views of the Mediterranean sea. The building is consists of two volumes: a main building and a house for the servants.
The intervention is carried out on the main building, creating new annexes which are more fluidly connected to the house, and emphasizing the garden and «inserting» it in the interior of the house by creating large openings and prolongations of the interior space towards the exterior.The construction systems are also improved, providing greater thermal inertia and better acoustics and waterproofing of the building.
