Se trata de una actuación sobre una villa existente que data de los años 70 en Guadalmina baja, Marbella . La parcela goza de un jardín sublime y una edificación, de múltiples dependencias anárquicas, que se distribuye en tres volúmenes: vivienda principal, casa de invitados y vestuarios.
La actuación se realiza en la vivienda principal, donde se establecen nuevas dependencias de relaciones mas fluidas y se pone en valor el jardín incorporándolo de manera notoria en el interior de la casa a través de grandes huecos y de prolongaciones de la cota interior en el exterior.
También se mejoran los sistemas constructivos, dotando de mayor inercia térmica, acústica e impermeabilización a la vivienda y se desarrollan nuevas instalaciones que se integran con domótica.
This is an intervention performed on an existing villa from the 1970s located in Guadalmina Baja, Marbella. The plot is dominated by a sublime garden and by a building with multiple anarchic annexes which cosists of three volumes: main house, guest house and dressing rooms.
The intervention is carried out on the main building, creating new annexes which are more fluidly connected to the house, and emphasizing the garden and «inserting» it in the interior of the house by creating large openings and prolongations of the interior space towards the exterior.
The construction systems are also improved, providing greater thermal inertia and better acoustics and waterproofing of the building, and developing new facilities that integrate home automation.
